Our Founding School, Wellington College (Crowthorne, England) was the vision of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Wellington College Education (WCE) is the global educational network of Wellington College, united by a common purpose: pioneering education to serve and help shape a better world. WCE encompasses ten co-educational schools, serving approximately 10,000 students across the globe.
The nursery is equipped with modern indoor facilities and extensive outdoor activity areas. Every learning space has been carefully designed to inspire children's potential in a bilingual and bicultural environment, fostering their balanced and all-round development.
Hiba Academy Shanghai is guided by a clear Vision and Purpose founded upon three strong pillars and expressed in our motto: ‘Be You. Be More.’ The Hiba Values 'Kindness, Responsibility, Respect, Courage, Integrity' encapsulate how we want pupils to act and what we want pupils to embrace.
At Wellington College Education (China) (WCEC), we have a robust, multi-layered governance structure that provides strategic oversight and accountability across all our schools.

Our nursery's teaching team has an average of over 11 years’ teaching experience, with an equal ratio of Chinese to international teachers. All our teachers are graduates of leading universities in China and overseas, and continue to receive high-quality professional training.
