Our application process begins with your attendance at a coffee morning. The coffee morning gives prospective parents the opportunity to meet both the Head and Deputy Head of Early Years whilst learning more about Hiba Academy Shanghai and its educational philosophy. Visitors will also receive a tour of the nursery building and learning spaces.
Following attendance at one of our coffee mornings, parents will be sent a guidance inviting them to complete and submit an application form.
Families that have attended a coffee morning and submitted an application, including all the required supporting documents, will be notified whether they will be invited to attend a ‘Getting to Know You’ session. It is through these sessions that we are able to get to know more about the applying child and their family. Unfortunately, due to the high demand for a limited number of places, not all families will be invited to a ‘Getting to Know You’ session.
Parents will finally secure their child's place in the nursery by signing the terms and conditions of Hiba Academy Shanghai.
